Topographic survey using Total Station and/or GPS (RTK).

Drawing up of official reports of measurement, demarcation, splitting of parcels, etc. …, all official documents needed by the notary.
Detailed measurements for foundation setting, surfaces and volumes, positioning or measurement plans.
Detailed measurements and inventory of routes, waterways, gas lines, high tension lines, etc.....
These tasks can be executed using geoVISAT and/or FLI-MAP, but they are supported by traditional terrestrial measurements.
Example finalized products are:

• Detailed plans at scale 1/500
• Cross sections and longitudinal sections
• Construction and as-built plans, etc...

These plans can be used as a basis for design, engineering and GIS.

GRB-skeleton projects
Vansteelandt carries out several projects for the large-scale reference mapping (GRB) of the Flemish Agency for Geographic Information. The public domain area of entire municipalities is mapped at high precision using the geoVISAT mobile mapping technique.
